Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move down so the face
is showing.  Activate the bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate
the tube layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open wd_shabbyperfection_frames (2) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
Activate the bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate the frame
layer Image Crop to Selection.

With your magic wand, click on the inside of the frame, Selections
Modify Expand 10, Open wd_shabbyperfection_papers (14) and copy and
paste as a New Layer, Selection Invert, hit the delete key once on your
keyboard.  Selections Select None.  Move this below the frame layer and
add a dropshadow to the frame.

With your bottom layer active, open we_shabbyperfection_papers (10) and
copy and paste as a New Layer.  Activate the bottom layer, Selections
Select All, Activate the bottom paper layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open we_shabbyperfection_elements (5) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved down so it was just above the bottom paper.  Activate the bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate the chain layer Image Crop to
Selection.  I added a dropshadow.  Layers Duplicate, Image Mirror Flip.

Open wd_shabbyperfection_elements (12) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved to the bottom left corner and added a dropshadow and moved to
just above the bottom paper.  Activate the bottom layer, Selections
Select All, Activate the lacy flower layer Image Crop to Selection. Layers
Duplicate, Image Mirror Image Flip.

Open we_shabbyperfection_elements (17) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
Move down to where the flowers are visible and I moved to the right hand
side of the tag and moved to just above the bottom paper.  Activate the
bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate the baby's breath layer
Image Crop to Selection. Layers Duplicate, Image Mirror, Image Flip.

Open we_shabbyperfection_elements (26) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved this to the bottom right hand side of the tag and moved down to
just above the frame layer.  Activate the bottom layer, Selections Select
All, Activate the flower layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open we_shabbyperfections_elements (28) and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved to the upper left hand side of the tag and moved down to just
above the frame layer. Add a dropshadow.  Activate the bottom layer,
Selections Select All, Activate the brooch layer Image Crop to Selection.

Layers Merge Merge Visible.

Add your ©copyright information and name.

Font used is Porcelain.

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image.

Open circle and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open lace-doily and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Center behind the
circle layerand move below it.  Activate your circle layer and with your
magic wand click on the inside of it.  Selection Modify Expand 10,
Selection Invert and activate the doily layer and hit the delete key
once on your keyboard. Do Not DeSelect!!!!!

Open ornament-3 Image Resize 500X895 and copy and paste as a New Layer.
This should be above your doily layer.  Selections Invert and hit the
delete key once on your keyboard (This should take everything outside
the frame away,  You might need to do crop to selection if the hook and
that didn't go away.)  Selections Select None.

Open your tube of choice and copy and paste as a New Layer.

With your ornament layer active, Selections Select All, Selections Float
Defloat, Open snow and copy and paste as a New Layer, Selections Invert
and Don't Deselect yet!!!

Open tree-1, Image Resize 472X600 and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved to the left hand side of the tag but it is under the circle
and snow layers.  Hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Do not
Deselect Yet!

Open bench Image Resize 387X367 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved
this down so it kind of gives the impression the tube is sitting on it.
Hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Selections Select None.

Open tree-1, Image Resize 472X600 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I
moved this behind the tube layer and to the left so you can still see the
other tree,

Open lantern Image Resize 275X275 and copy and paste as a New Layer.
I moved this down below the circle layer and up on the tag.

Once happy with your placement add dropshadows to what you would like to
have a dropshadow.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible.

Add your ©Copyright and Licensing information.  Add your name.

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image.

Open wd-forever_elements(43) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
to the right.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
activate the cloud layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (42) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I
moved to the left and under the cloud layer.Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, activate the blue layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the left
hand side of the tag.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
activate the tube layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (36) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
this below the cloud layer and to the left.  Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, activate the doodle layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (63) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I
moved this up and to the right and behind the tube layer to make it look
like it was hanging behind her.  I added a dropshadow.

Open wd_forever_elements (64) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I
moved this to the far left hand side of the tag and moved down to just
above the blue layer.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
activate the Star layer, Image Crop to Selection.  Layers Duplicate and
move to above the tube layer.  On the original layer add a dropshadow
and on the duplicated layer you can make it look like it is weaved
through by erasing some.

With your blue layer active, Open wd_forever_elements (110) and copy and
paste as a New Layer.  Add a dropshadow.  Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, activate the fence layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (13) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
to the far right hand side of the tag. Add a dropshadow.  Activate your
bottom layer, Selections Select All, activate the wrap layer, Image Crop
to Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (15) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Add a
dropshadow. Move down below the tube layer.  Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, activate the glitter frame layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

Open wd_forever_elements (37) and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
to the bottom right hand corner of the tag and down to just above the
cloud layer.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, activate
the blurred flower layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible.

Add your ©copyright and License information and name.

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image.

Open Paper8_FD and copy and paste as a new layer.  Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your paper layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.  I moved to the left
but you may chose to put it elsewhere on the tag.  Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your tube layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

Open Frame4_FD and copy and paste as a new layer.  Move around to where
you like it.  I tried a lot of stuff and went with where I placed it.
Try Image Mirror or Image Flip.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections
Select All, Activate your frame layer, Image Crop to Selection. Move
below your tube layer.

Open Element20_FD and copy and paste as a new layer.  I moved this behind
the tube layer and just under her ear on the left.  Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your light layer, Image Crop to
Selection.  Layers Duplicate and I moved to her right side and a little
bit lower.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate
your second light layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open Element26_FD and copy and paste as a new layer.  I moved this up
and to the right and moved just above the frame layer.  Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your leaf layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

Open Element38-FD and copy and paste as a new layer.  I moved this so
it is above the paper layer.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections
Select All, Activate your glitter layer, Image Crop to Selection.

ok, Making sure your top layer is active, Open Paper2_FD and copy and
paste as a new layer.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
Activate your top paper layer, Image Crop to Selection.  Selections
Select All, Selections Modify Contract 3 and hit the OK Button, Now hit
the Delete Key once on your keyboard.  Selections Select None.

Layers Merge Merge Visible.  Add your ©copyright and license information,
Add your name and you are done!

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image.

Open your tubes and copy and paste as New Layers.  On the basset hound
I did Image Mirror.  Arrange them to your liking. I moved them down on
the tag.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele4 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
this up and below the tubes.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele25 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
this below the spade chip and to the left.  Layers Duplicate Image
Mirror Flip.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele32 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
down on the tag and moved to just above the spade chip.  Layers Duplicate
Image Flip Image Mirror.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele34 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
this to the left and below the spade chip.  Layers Duplicate Image
Mirror Image Flip.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele39 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
this up and to the left of the spade chip and moved below the spade
chip.  Layers Duplicate.  I moved this over to the right hand side of
the spade chip.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele38 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved
to the left.  Layers Duplicate Image Mirror. Layers Merge Merge Down
Layers Arrange Move to bottom.

Open LHD_Cazenave-23-Ele58 Image Resize 650X212 and copy and paste as a
New Layer.  I moved this down to the bottom of the tag.

I use the font Romantiques at size 48 using the colors #eee4d4 for the
foreground and #c47638 got the background to write Ante Up.

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image.

Open your tube, (This tube has many amazing options!!!  I went with
Blue.) and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open frost-frame and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move this below
your tube layer.  I played around a bit but moved the frame to the
right a bit and the tube a bit to the left.  Duplicate your tube layer
and move below your frame layer.  With your top tube layer active,
carefully erase what is showing above the frame (leg and torso). Activate
your bottom layer and add a drop shadow.

With your Freehand tool, draw in the middle of your frame all the way
around. Open paper-6 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move below the
bottom tube layer. Selections Invert and hit the delete key once on your
keyboard.  Don't De-Select yet.

Open frost-swirl and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Hit the delete key
once on your keyboard.  Selections Select None.

Open deco* Image Resize 300X276 and copy and paste as a New Layer. If
your haven't already Move up so it is on the top layer. I moved it so
that the tube looks like it is on it.  So with the eraser tool carefully
erase what is above the tube.

Open glitter, activate your bottom layer and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open lanterns and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move this down till it
is just above the frame layer.

Open snowy-branch-2. Image Resize 300X196 and copy and paste as a New
Layer.  I moved this down and below the deco layer.  With your Erase
tool, carefully erase the part that is on the sleeve.

Activate your paper layer.  Open snowy-tree-2 and copy and paste as a
New Layer.  I moved to the right a bit.  With your paper layer active,
Selections Select All Selections Float Defloat Selections Invert, Activate
your tree layer and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Selections
Select None.

Activate your frame layer.  Add a heavy dropshadow to it.

Layers Merge Merge Visible.

I like my tags 600X600 so I resized.
