Tube and Scrapkit-I am using the ADORABLE artwork
of Elisabeth Bell Package 3 and the GORGEOUS Scrap

and for LadyHawwk's Name I use KG True Colors.

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Paper16 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved
down a bit. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your paper
layer, Image Crop to Selection.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved to the left hand corner
of the tag. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your tube
layer, Image Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Open LHD_Gell-Pack-3-Ele45 and copy and paste as a New Layer. Move behind
the tube layer and down a bit. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate
your tree layer, Image Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele47 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved into
the upper right hand corner and below the tree layer. Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, Activate your sun layer, Image Crop to Selection.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele48, Image Resize 78X255 and copy and paste as a
New Layer. I moved behind the tree layer and up a bit. Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, Activate your swing layer, Image Crop to Selection. Add a
drop shadow.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele80, Image Resize 323X225 and copy and paste as a
New Layer. I move just behind the tube layer and down so just the top rail is showing
and I move to the bottom left hand corner of the tag. Add a drop shadow. Layers
Duplicate Image Mirror. Layers Merge Merge Down. Activate your bottom layer,
Selections Select All, Activate your fence layer, Image Crop to Selection.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele11 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved to the
bottom right hand side of the tag and behind the tube layer so it looks like it is on
the fence. Layers Duplicate Image Flip. I move this to the bottom left hand side of
the tag. Layers Merge Merge Down. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select
All, Activate your vine layer, Image Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele10, Image Resize 200X149 and copy and paste as a
New Layer. I moved to the bottom right hand side and just below the tube layer.
Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your flower1 layer, Image
Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele17, Image Resize 200X117 and copy and paste as a
New Layer. I moved to the bottom left hand side of the tag and behind the tube
layer. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your flower2 layer,
Image Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Open LHD_Bell-Pack-3-Ele46 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved below
the tube layer and up on the tag. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
Activate your banner layer, Image Crop to Selection. Add a drop shadow.
Activate your paper layer, Layers Duplicate. Now move the duplicated layer to the
top (Layers, Arrange, Move to top). Selections Select All, Selections Modify Contract
3. Hit OK. Hit the delete key once on your keyboard. Selections Select None.
At this point you could put a drop shadow on this or do what I did. Selections Select
All, Selections Float/DeFloat, Add a New Layer under the frame layer and flood fill
with black. Selections Select None. With your flood filled frame still active, Adjust
Blur Gaussian Blur 3.0.
What I did was make up a little saying about Teddy Bear Kisses and Hugs using the
Free Sketching font.
