Tube of choice-I am using the GORGEOUS artwork of Jessica Dougherty. You
can purchase this and other artwork at CDO.

Scrap Kit used is Crazy Carita's Inspired By The Vintage Angel 2-3.

Font used is Party at Gatsby's.

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the far
left hand side of the tag.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections
Select All, Activate your tube layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open fr4 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved behind the tube
layer and to the far left hand side of the tag. Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your frame layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

With your magic wand, click on the inside of your frame, Selections
Modify Expand 10, Open paper2 and copy and paste as a New Layer. Move
below your frame layer. I moved the paper around to get some of all the
colors in the frame.  Selections Invert and making sure your paper layer
is active hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Now you might have
excess paper still so activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
Activate your frame paper layer, Image Crop to Selection.

With your bottom layer active, Open paper3 and copy and paste as a New
Layer.  I moved down a bit to get the peacock feather in the tag.
Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your bottom
paper layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open el4 and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved to the left and
behind the frame layer.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select
All, Activate your stairs layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open el2 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the far right
hand side of the tag. Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select All,
Activate your tie back layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Open el6 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved down behind the
frame layer and down behind the tubes head.  Activate your bottom
layer, Selections Select All, Activate your clock layer, Image Crop to
Selection.

Open wa*, Image Resize 350X119 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I
moved this down to the bottom right hand side of the tag. Activate your
bottom layer, Selections Select All, Activate your wa layer, Image Crop
to Selection.

Open el13b and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved below the clock
layer and to the right.  Activate your bottom layer, Selections Select
All, Activate your rose layer, Image Crop to Selection.

Layers Merge Merge Visible.

To add a frame layer, Layers New Raster Layer and flood fill with color
of choice.  I used #014157.  Selection Select All, Selections Modify
Contract 4 and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Selections
Select None.
