Tube of Choice- I am using the GORGEOUS artwork of Jennifer Janesko.
You can purchase this and other artwork at CDO.

Scrap Kit used is the matching Inspired by Jennifer Janesko 80-2 by
Foxys Designz (OMG Ann!!!  This kit is GORGEOUS!)  You can purchase
this and other Scrap Kits by Foxy at CDO.

Font used is a FTU font called Pea Mily Mix.

Open a 800X700 Transparent New Image.

Open your tube (I used the image not the png) and copy and paste as a
New Image.  Selections Select All, Selections Float/ DeFloat, Selections
Modify Expand 5 and hit OK.  With your bottom layer active, Layers New
Raster Layer and hit OK.  Flood fill with Black.  Selections Select None.

Open Element6_FD, Image Resize 730X700 and copy and paste as a New
Layer.  Move below the border layer.

Open Element1_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move down to
just above the frame layer and move toward the top of the tag.  Layers
Duplicate, Image Flip Image Mirror.

Open Element3_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move down so it
is on top of the leaves layer and move so it is toward the top of the tag.
Layers Duplicate, Image Flip Image Mirror.

Open Element4_FD, Image Mirror and copy and paste as a New Layer.
Move below the border layer and to the upper left hand side of the tag.

Open Element5_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move down below
the border layer and to the bottom right hand side of the tag.

Open Element9_FD, Image Resize 225X206 and copy and paste as a New
Layer.  I moved to the right hand side of the tag as a top layer to cover a
stem from the leaves.

Open Element10_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the
bottom left hand side of the tag and below the border layer.

Open Element15_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved down
a bit and below the border layer.

Open Element16_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the
left hand side and under the border layer covering a stem from the leaves.

Open Element20_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the
upper right hand side of the tag and below the border layer.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible.
