Font used-I used a FTU font called Black Asylum

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image

Open Paper_08 and copy and paste as a New Layer. Go to the bottom layer Selections Select All Activate the paper layer Image Crop to Selection.  With that paper layer still active, Right click on the top of it and copy. You can close this out now.

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image and paste that paper as a new layer Image Rotate Left or Right your choice.  Layers Duplicate Image Resize 550X550 pixels All Layers NOT checked and hit OK.  Move to the right and behind the original.  Once happy with your placement Layers Dupplicate Image Mirror.

Activate the original paper layer Selections Select All Selections Float/Defloat Selections Modify Select Selections Borders Both Sides checked, Anti Alias Checked, Border Width 4 and hit OK. Open Paper_01 and copy and paste as a New Layer, Selections Invert and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Repeat this for the other 2 paper layers.

With your top paper activated, Open Element_47 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved it up.  Once happy with your placement Duplicate twice and move down below each frame layer.  Activate your top paper layer Selections Select All Selections Float/Defloat Selections Invert activate the moon and hit the delete key once on your keyboard Selections Select None.  Repeat this on your other 2 moon layers.

With your top paper activated copy and paste your tube of choice.  With this tube I moved it down and to the right so it went over into the right box.  Duplicate your tube and move down so it is in the box your need, Activate the top paper layer Selections Select All Selections Float/ Defloat Invert Activate your tube layer and hit the delete key once on your keyboard Selections Select None.  Repeat with the other side of your tube.

Open Element_01 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the right and moved under my tube layer duplicating and mirroring to get it the way I liked it.  I then repeated on the left hand side.

Open Element_38 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I want this one the middle and left hand side so I duplicated and move this below the frame and tube layers.  Selections Select All Selections Float/Defloat Selections Invert activate the glitter layer and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Repeat on your other layer.

Open Element_49 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the left and moved under the left frame.I duplicated and moved it up and under the original layer.  Once happy Activate your left paper Selections Select All Selections Float/Defloat Selections Invert activate the pillow Layer and hit the delete key once on your keyboard Selections Select None.

Behind the pillow layers I added Element_28, Element_46 and Element_23

With your bottom layer active Open Element_60  I moved this to the left and the Layers Duplicate Image Mirror.  Once happy with this merge these together Layers Duplicate Image Flip and Merge these together.  You notice on the left and right you can see the wire and how it over laps?  I erased this with my eraser tool.  Once I erased I duplicated again and Adjust blur Gaussian Blur 4%

You are all done!  I Layers Merge Merge Visible. I then added my ©copyright and #Licensing Information and Name and that is it!

I hope you enjoyed doing this tutorial!  It was certainly the hardest one I think I have
written.

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image.

Open your tube of choice and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element1 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move this under your tube layer.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element17 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the left of the tube.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element8 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the left.  You will have to use your eraser tool to eraser a bit of the bottom.  Once happy with placement move this behind the element 17 layer.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element41 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Just like the last element you will have to use you eraser tool to erase a bit of the bottom.  Move this just to the right of the baby's breathe and move this layer down above the baby's breathe layer.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element22 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move this behind the tube layer.

Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element60 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this up a touch and then moved it to the bottom layer.  Once there you can move to where you like as well.

With your tube layer active, Open LHD_Simply_Purple_element2 copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved below the tube layer and tried to make it so she was sitting on something.

ok for the mask layer here is what I did.  I chose a color from the wing and a color from
the dragon and made it into a sunburst gradient with the dragon color on the outside.  I then flood filled a new layer and then opened my mask Layers New Mask Layer from Image Scrolled down to find my mask and hit OK. Layers Merge Merge Group.

That is it!  Layers Merge Merge Visible.  I like my tags 600X600 so I resize at this time.
Add your ©copyright and #Licensing info and Name and you are done!

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image

Open Paper 03 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All click on the paper layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open Frame01 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved it to the right and down a touch.  Once happy with your placement, Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All activate the frame layer Image Crop to Selection. I put a dropshadow on it.

Open Sparkles and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All click on the Sparkle Layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open Frame02 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move to where you like it I moved mine up and to the right. Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All click on the Frame02 Layer Image Crop to Selection.  I then Duplicated and moved the Duplicated copy below the first frame layer and then activated the original Frame02 and with my eraser tool erased the ribbon that was on top of the green frame.  I put a dropshadow on the bottom frame.

Open Button and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the bottom left hand corner of the tag.  Once happy with your placement, Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All click on the button layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved mine to the left of center.  Once happy with your placement, Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All click on the tube layer Image Crop to Selection.

Layers New Raster Layer and flood fill with your color of choice (I used white)  Selections Select All Selections Modify Contract 8 and hit the delete key once on your keyboard. And now you have a frame!  I added a dropshadow to this.

Add your ©copyright information and #License number and name and you are done!

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image

Open Paper 12_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open your mask Layers New Mask Layer from Image Scroll down to find your mask and click OK Layer Merge Merge Group.  Effects Texture Effects Mosaic-Antique with number of columns and Number of rows at 100  Tile diffusion 70 Grout width 2 Grout diffusion 50 Symmetric checked and click ok.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open Mesh_FD and copy and paste as a New Later.  I moved this up just a bit and bihind the tube layer.

Open Graped_FD  Image Resize 445X500 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this up a bit.

Open Tree_FD Image Mirror and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this up so the trunk was hidden.

Open Flower6_FD Image Resize 111X117 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I duplicated 3 times and moved around the mesh.

Open Vine_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this up and behind the tubes legs.

Open Butterfly1_FD Image Resize 200X112 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the upper right of the tube and then Image Free Rotate to the left 23 and hit ok.

With your mesh layer active open Sparkle_FD and copy and paste as a New Layer.

Open Tag_FD Image Resize 335X400 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the bottom right hand side of the tag but so it was also under the tube layer.

That is it!  I resized to 600X600 added ©copyright info and #licensing info Name and that is it!

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image

Open simple-frame-1 Image Resize 548X650 and copy and paste as a new layer.

With your magic wand click on the inside of your frame Selections Modify Expand 5
Open paper-1 Image resize 700X700 and copy and paste as a New Layer. Move this below your frame layer, Selections Invert and hit the delete key on your keyboard once.  Don't deselect yet!

Open your tube of choice and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved to the right.  With the way the frame is angled you have to work the tube so most of it is under the frame.  Once happy with the placement hit the delete key once on the keyboard.  Selections Select None.

With your frame the active layer, Open flower-string Image Resize 600X300 and copy and paste as a new layer.  Image Free Rotate Left 90 and hit ok (all layers not checked)  Image Mirror Image Free Rotate right 20 and hit OK and place on the left hand side of the frame.

With your bottom layer active Open scattered-hearts and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this to the right.

With your paper layer active copy and paste branch as a New Layer.  Move to where it looks good to you behind the tube activate the paper layer, Selections Select All Selections Float/Defloat Selections Invert activate the branch layer and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Don't deselect!

Open tree and copy and paste as a New Layer Move to where you like it and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Don't Deselect!

Remember talking about the tube and the possibility they it might not all be under the frame? This is what I did...Open twig and copy and paste above the tube layer  I did Image Mirror and put the leaves so it covered the spot of the cutoff.  Once happy with your placement Hit the Delete key once on your keyboard  Selections Select None

Activate your bottom layer Open paper-10 and copy and paste as a New Layer. 

Open your mask, Layers New Mask Layer From Image scroll down to find your mask and hit OK Layers Merge Merge Group.  Layers Merge Merge Visible.

 

I resized to 600X600 All Layers.

That is it!  Add your ©Copyright info and #Licensing Number, Name and that is it!

 

Note:  If for any reason there is elements hanging off your tube making it ummm

how can I say this wonky?  Activate the bottom layer Selections Select All

click on the layer that is doing this and Selections Select All and hit the delete

key once on your keyboard and that should fix it!

Font used is a FTU Font called Orial

Open a 700X700 Transparent New Image

Open lace-edging and copy and paste as a New Layer

With you Magic Wand click on the inside of the lace, Activate your bottom layer and copy and paste paper-1 as a New Layer.  Selections Invert and hit the delete key once on your keyboard.  Selections Select None

Open Fern-2 Image Resize 90% and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Move to the bottom of the edging and to the right, Layers Duplicate Image Mirror.  You will notice the stem is
sticking out.  I used my eraser tool to erase them.

Open up your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer (I used the top one) and move down on to the ferns.

Open heartstring and copy and paste as a New Layer and move this below your tube layer.
I wanted the string on the right to look like it was weaving around the fern so I duplicated and moved below the fern layer and with the top one active I used my eraser tool to do that.

Open mailbox Image Mirror and copy and paste as a New Layer. I moved it to the left and moved it just above the edging layer.

Open your tube again and you will notice that there is just a flower layer...Open a New 700X700 Transparent New Image and copy and paste that flower layer.  I used Mura's Meister Copies on this...I didn't change the preset menu at all just changed the number to 50 and hit OK.  Now activate the bottom layer of your tag and copy and paste what you just did as a New Layer.

Open your mask Layers New Mask Layer from Image scroll down to find your mask and hit OK Layers Merge Merge Group.  What I then did was used the pick tool and expand the mask so it could be seen around the edges.

Layers Merge Merge Visible.  Add your ©copyright information and your Licensing# and Name and you are done!

Open a 600X250 Transparent New Image

Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Paper16 and copy and paste as a New Layer.I moved the paper up so that the flowers on the lower right were in the tag.  Once happy with your placement, Activate the bottom layer Selections Select all, Activate the paper layer Image Crop to Selection

Open your tube and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved mine down and to the right.  Once happy with your placement I activated the paper layer Selections Select All activate your tube layer Image Crop to Selection.  I then duplicated the tube and on the original (bottom) tube Adjust Hue and Saturation Colorize and change both numbers to 0  On the copy layer (top) Adjust Blur Gaussian Blur 4.00 the change the blend mode to Soft Light.  Merge the 2 tube layers together.

Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Element54 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this behind the tube and down to the bottom right.  Activate your paper layer Selections Select All Activate the flower layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Element12 Image Flip and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this down behind the tube layer.

(I used Element 2 but you can use one of the 2 that have this filigree)  Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Element2 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this up toward the top of the tag with the heart behind the tubes head.  I then Duplicated and moved down behind the tubes shoulder.  On this one I then Activated my paper layer Selections Select All Activate the heart layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Element22 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  I moved this down behind the tubes shoulder, Once happy with placement Activate your paper layer Selections Select All Activate the X layer Image Crop to Selection.

Open LHD_InspiredBy-Winkler-22-Paper17 and copy and paste as a New Layer.  Activate your bottom paper layer, Selections Select All, Activate the top paper layer Image Crop to Selection.  With the top paper layer active Selections Select All Modify Contract 8 and hit the Delete key once on your keyboard Selections Select None.

What I did next was Layers Merge Merge Visible, Added my ©copyright and License info and Name
